Mintly Platform & Token Roadmap

This roadmap explains how Mintly will evolve and how the platform token is planned to be used. We expect this to expand over the next few years, with long-term holders positioned to benefit the most as new utilities are introduced.

2026 Q1–Q2 · first 3–6 months

Phase 1 — Strengthen the Core

Become the default launchpad on Base

1️⃣ Improve launch mechanics

  • Advanced whitelist tools for fair access.
  • Support for fair launch and Dutch auction sale types.
  • Vesting schedules and delayed reveal options.
  • Anti-bot protections to keep launches healthy.

2️⃣ Token utilities

  • Platform token launch with core utilities from day one.
  • Fee discounts and whitelist priority for token holders.
  • Token-gated early access to high-demand launches.
  • 5% of Mintly profits are used to buy back and burn the $MINTLY token.
  • Foundation for future staking and governance (Phase 4).

3️⃣ Profit distribution system

Mintly plans to share platform success with long-term token holders through an on-chain profit distribution system. A portion of Mintly's profits is allocated for distribution to eligible holders in ETH on Base, with claims opened during a fixed window each month.

  • Share of profits: the program is designed so that a large portion of Mintly's profits (for example, 50%) can be distributed to eligible token holders as the system is fully operational.
  • Payout asset & chain: distributions are designed to be claimed in ETH on Base for simplicity and broad wallet compatibility.
  • Claim window: holders can claim during a recurring monthly period (for example, between the 15th and 17th of each month), so the schedule stays predictable.
  • Eligibility & mechanics: exact eligibility rules, snapshots, and smart-contract parameters may evolve with audits and governance; the in-app claim flow on app.mintly.trade will always reflect the live rules.

Profit sharing is subject to platform performance, legal and tax considerations, and technical rollout. Nothing here is a promise of returns or investment advice.

4️⃣ Add creator tooling

  • No-code collection creation flows.
  • Royalty management and payout controls.
  • Creator analytics dashboard for mints and volume.
  • Revenue split contracts for teams and collaborators.

5️⃣ Marketplace integration

  • Built-in secondary trading for launched collections.
  • Automatic creator fee enforcement where supported.
  • Listing and bidding system tightly integrated with launches.

👉 Goal: Become the “default launchpad” on Base before expanding.

Phase 2 — Multi-Chain Expansion

Move from single-chain to multi-chain

1️⃣ Expand to other EVM chains

  • Rollout to chains like Ethereum, HyperEvm, BSC, Blast and Monad.
  • Keep the same familiar UI and deployer logic across chains.
  • Introduce a simple chain selector for both creators and minters.

2️⃣ Cross-chain minting

  • Let users mint on Base while settling on another chain.
  • Automatically bridge NFTs where technically feasible.
  • Use this cross-chain UX as a key point of differentiation.

3️⃣ AI-powered expansion

  • AI-generated mint collections and art variations.
  • AI rarity scoring to help collectors understand traits.
  • Exploration of AI-based pricing and floor predictions (research stage).

Phase 3 — Become NFT Infrastructure

From launchpad to ecosystem layer

1️⃣ Launchpad-as-a-Service (LaaS)

  • Offer a white-label version of Mintly.
  • Let partners deploy their own launchpads using Mintly's backend.

2️⃣ Creator economy tools

  • Support NFT subscription models for recurring access.
  • Enable token-gated communities for holders.
  • Build on-chain loyalty and reward systems.

3️⃣ RWA + NFT fusion

  • Explore event tickets and memberships as NFTs.
  • Connect real-world utility to digital assets where it makes sense.

Phase 4 — Token & Governance

Align the protocol with its community

  • Introduce a platform token with clear, sustainable utility.
  • Explore staking mechanisms for launch allocations.
  • Gradually move toward DAO-style governance.
  • Consider revenue-sharing models aligned with long-term stability.

Advanced expansion: Institutional layer

  • Launchpad offerings tailored for brands and IP owners.
  • Support for gaming studios to run large-scale drops.
  • Onboarding Web2 companies entering Web3 with safer defaults.

Built to grow over years, not weeks

This roadmap is intentionally flexible. As Mintly's usage grows, we plan to keep adding token utilities, new products, and better benefits for holders. The core idea is simple: the more you use Mintly and the more tokens you hold, the more you should be able to do with the platform.

All milestones and utilities are subject to change based on market conditions, security reviews, and community feedback. Nothing here should be taken as financial advice or a guarantee of future returns.
